When we debuted this flavor at Götubitahátíð 2026, somebody asked us, "where did you get the inspiration for this flavor?" and the honest answer is: the founder is American and BBQ runs in her veins! Warm cornbread topped with butter and jam is such a wonderful combination, and the sweet flavors just make sense for ice cream. And based on everybody's reactions at Götubitahátíð and how many of you bought a scoop immediately after trying it, we know we got it right.
